I am absolutely blown away by my new Audi and the entire experience from start to finish. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I couldn’t be more grateful or impressed. A huge thank you to Amy Serano for her incredible kindness, professionalism, and genuine personality. She made the entire process feel so comfortable and exciting. Amy was personable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and taken care of every step of the way. Also, a big thank you to Davon Jackson in finance for all of his assistance and support throughout the process. He made everything seamless, easy to understand, and stress-free. What stood out to me most was the atmosphere. It felt so genuine, welcoming, and enjoyable — completely different from the typical stereotypical dealership experience.
